#19 Immediate Implant

Patient presents to our office with crown that has fallen out of the tooth, which was due to the lack of tooth structure to support the crown. Tooth was extracted and immediate implant was placed. With the immediate placement of implant, we were able to save patient 3 months of waiting time.
